Exhibit A Shoes - Return and Exchange Policy

At Exhibit A Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange process to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not issue refunds to original payment methods, but we are happy to provide store credit for your return. Restocking fees may apply under certain circumstances.

Return and Exchange Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your shoes.
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within this 14-day period.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unworn and Unused: Shoes must be in new, unused condition with no visible wear or damage. Please try them on indoors to ensure they fit.
  2. Original Packaging: Items should be returned with their original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags (e.g., insoles, tags).
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale.

·       Accessories (Bags, Jewelry & Sunglasses): All accessories and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Request a Return or Exchange:
    • Visit our website's Returns & Exchanges section to initiate the process.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you're returning or exchanging, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Shipping Your Return:
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Exchanges:
    • If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, please specify this when contacting us. We will process your exchange once the original item is received in its eligible condition.
    • If the replacement item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a store credit in the form of a gift card.

Store Credit Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit in the form of a gift card. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the return or send the item back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@shopexhibita.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide a store credit or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Refunds are only available for order cancellations on our behalf. You also have the option to receive store credit for future purchases.
